Bought a pair in the USA, I am not sure what type of business model they are following but their customer service is by far the worst I ever experienced. 3 weeks to get my pair of boots and they send me the wrong color, then they try to convince me to keep them by giving me 20% off, I refused and sent them back, 3 weeks after, still didn't receive my boots. $250 I expect a good damn service... well nope! I hope their services are better in Europe, but as far as the US, it's terrible. I read several complains about them, I should have believed them...
